Where We Work
Play for Life International is in the process of expanding nationally and internationally.
Please check back for updates.

We have baseball and soccer programs in the West Englewood neighborhood of Chicago. Through these programs, we work with over 150 children and the number is rapidly increasing. PFLI runs baseball clinics to help the children learn the fundamentals of baseball. PFLI also contributes by donating needed sports equipment to the West Englewod community. We will support two baseball teams through qualitative, in-depth programs.

Our soccer clinics for the children of Illinois’ Sixth Legislative District are held in cooperation with State Representative Esther Golar. Through the help of some very dedicated volunteers, we teach children about soccer and teamwork.

Finally, we have a standing partnership with the African Volunteer Football Academy for the Less Privileged based in Limbe, Cameroon. We send much-needed equipment to them when possible as well as facilitate a pen pal program among children in our programs.

In the future, we will focus on other underprivileged areas in the U.S. as well as Africa, Central and South America, and Southeast Asia.
